Refund Policy

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

1. To return an item due to a quality issue with us, simply send us an email at Send your items back to us within 90 days of your purchase, along with the original invoice. We will inspect the items to ensure they are not damaged, worn, or washed and are in their original packaging with tags intact. Please note that returns are only possible if the item is returned in its original packaging. We accept returns within three working days of receipt of goods)
2. If the return is not due to a quality issue, the user will be responsible for the return cost. (We do not accept rash returns and direct returns to our address, such as direct refunds to our address without our consent, we are not responsible for the receipt of goods)

  1. When do I get my refund?

Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents, and inspect it to ensure it is unworn and in original condition. We will then send the credit back to your financial institution within 7-10 business days.

  1. Who will pay for the return cost?
  • If there is a problem with our products, the cost will be borne by us
  • If the customer is not satisfied with the product and the weight of the product exceeds 1KG, the customer will bear the return cost
  • If you return an item from an order with free shipping, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund price
  1. How can I exchange an item?

Please note direct exchanges of our products are not possible at this stage. If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the item back to us for a refund, and then place a new order.

  1. What about delayed or lost refunds? (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at
