Since I had never heard of HB Tower, I had my doubts that the step ladder would be of the same quality as those pictured on the Web site. But it was! The ladder is sturdy and much safer to use than the two-step small ladder that no longer suits my needs. I think it is great quality for the price I paid.

Sorry. I’m not the receiver of the item. As a purchaser, I bought it for my daughter and her husband. I was happy to see how safe it looked with the high handrail and the railing as you ascend the steps. It will be handy for both of them as my daughter entertains and has high cabinets where she gets rarely used entertainment supplies and he is a DIY guy who will use it for hard to reach areas.
